Fracel Solar, MSN. RN. - Second term President. Graduated as a Diploma Nurse (1976) at St Catherine's School
of Nursing, Quezon City, Philippines. Obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
(1997) at Simmons College, Boston, MA and Master's Degree in Nursing (2000) at
Regis College, Weston, MA. She works at the VA Boston Healthcare System,
Geriatric and Extended Care Service Line where she is the chairman of the
care plan committee. She is the current Program Director of Medical Professional
Institute, Licensed Practical Nursing (pending approval by the BORN). |

She obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing 1998 at the Northeastern University, Boston, MA. She is a certified Adult and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She works as a Nurse Practitioner at the VA Boston Healthcare System, Plastic Surgery Department. She is the immediate Chairman of the PNA-New England Executive Board. She is currently the Chairman of the
PNA-New England Bylaws Committee. She is a member of the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) Education Committee. She is also a Clinical Nursing Instructor of the Massachusetts Bay Community College.

President Elect: Nelia Francisco, BSN. RN. - Graduated
from the Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng Maynila in 1975. She obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing & Health Administration (2006) from the Kennedy Western University. Currently
employed as a Clinical e Manager at the Deutches Altenheim German Centre and
a Staff Nurse at the Roscommon at the Parkway. She
is currently the chairman of the Nursing Education Committee. |

Leila graduated from Central Philippine University. She has
been in various fields of nursing to include clinical teaching,
home care, acute care and rehab staff and charge nurse. Presently,
she is a clinical nurse supervisor at Spaulding Rehabilitation
Hospital. |

Asenet Craffey, BSN. RN. - Graduated Cum Laude from
Bicol University where she earned her degree in BSN. She obtained Master’s Degree
in Nursing (2006) at Regis College, Weston, MA. Currently
she is a staff nurse at the Mass. Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston.
She has been PNANE's treasurer since its inception and was named
PNANE Member of the year 1997. |

Felomina Lambino, BSN. RN. - Graduated with a Diploma
in Nursing from Baguio General Hospital in 1979. BSN from Davao
Doctors College in 1986. She is currently employed as a Care
Manager at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She served as as Board
member for PNANE from 1996- 1998 and as Treasurer since 1998.
She now chairs the Membership Committee. |

Relations Officer: Maria
Eden Aguilar Gianan, RN. BSN. MSN. CS. ANP.- She earned
her Associate Degree from Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial
Hospital in Bacolod City, Philippines in 1981and continued on
to La Salle College to earn her BS in Nursing in 1982. While
here in the US, she finished her MS in Nursing in 1990 from
Boston College majoring in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
Also in 1990 Eden became Board certified Gerontological Nurse.
She is currently employed as a Psychiatric nurse specialist
by the Public Health Commission Homeless Division. She is also
employed at the VA Hospital in Bedford as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Aside from all that she also serves as a Geropsych RN consultant
for Nova Psych Srvices, Advance Health Care and Boston Neurobehavioral
Services. She is the co-chairman for PNANE Nursing Education
Committee. |
